Atlas Outdoor is a family-owned incoming travel agency and destination management company (DMC) based in Marrakech. Driven by their collective passion to deliver the best service for travellers, Youssef and Mohammed, both extensively experienced and professional mountain guides, founded the company in 2007.
Youssef and Mohamed were raised as brothers in a small Berber village at the foothills of the Mgoun Mountain, Morocco´s second highest summit in the High Atlas. Descending from the tribes and families of the Ait Atta, nomads who for centuries moved between the Atlas and the Sahara, travel and exploration is second nature for them.
Atlas Outdoor prides itself for being a unique team and agency in Morocco, one that perfectly combines the fierce values of Berber people; their ability to operate in extreme conditions, reliability, adaptability, sense of hospitality, taste for adventure, curiosity and openness to foreigners, with the needs of travellers in the modern world.
Brothers Youssef and Mohamed have both travelled the world and worked for the best tour operators in Marrakech and Morocco before setting up their own travel agency in 2007.
In 2008, other family members joined the company, Mohamed, Ahmed, Sara and Moha... a team that shares the same values and passions. A young, rigorous, professional and dynamic team that puts in all its knowledge to give you a service of Excellence.
